Full 3-D view of binary star-planet system — ScienceDaily

Science is making new discoveries at a fast pace This is the latest from the National Radio Astronomy Observatory using the National Science Foundation's Very Long Baseline Array (VLBA), article published on September 1st 2022.

Summary: Astronomers using the VLBA have produced a full, 3-D view of a binary star system with a planet orbiting one of the stars. Their achievement promises important new insights into the process of planet formation.

A Possible Planet in the Habitable zone of Alpha Centauri?

I found this, so am sharing here. Even though it will take a long time to get there, it is nice that there is possibly a planet that is habitable. Feel free to discuss on discourse.

I guess we could stop off there for resources etc.

Just been watching a really interesting talk by Dr Tim Gregory – Meteorites from 8th October 2020 – YouTube.

This was really interesting and accessible people with both a science and non science background,

Briefly touched on how the solar system was formed, protoplanetary disks looked at the two different types of asteroids, how they are formed, what makes them up internally, and finished off with a quick look at some of the organic molecules that have been found and how these could have found their way to earth.
