Code Editors
The two main code editors that are on the Raspberry Pi are Thonny and Geany
Thonny appears to be written in Python,but also specific for editing python code, the screen shot appears to be from a different version to that on the Code Club Pi's but both are fine for editing code. I may just need to update the pi we were using though.
Geany is more of a general purpose and supports many different languages from Python, C, Ruby, php as well as HTML / CSS.

LibrePlanet 2023 – 2
The theme for LibrePlanet 2023 has been announced as charting the course, the call for papers has been announced.
The libreplanet team are currently working on the conference and also reviewing the submissions for the conference.

We now have extra cables for the Micro:bits and can also make more use of the Raspberry Pi's.

Breakthrough in nuclear fusion energy announced
This was on the BBC website, looks like a major breakthrough, not sure if the fossil fuel companies will be happy about this. A major step forward in producing clean energy using nuclear fusion. We can discuss further on either Mastodon or Science forums.
