人口红利消失产生的第一波冲击,已经开始了,幼儿园关停潮正在上演。

01 关停潮开始了

11月30日,湖南省教育厅发布了《关于应对学龄人口变化调整优化中小学幼儿园布局的通知》,对未来幼儿园、小学、初中、高中学校增减规划,做出了最新布局和定调。

其中关于幼儿园的规划如下:

有序组织幼儿园设并转撤。严把普惠性民办幼儿园认定标准,合理布局普惠资源。在城镇新增人口集中地区新建、改扩建一批公办幼儿园,城镇新建住宅小区配建幼儿园应办成公办园,农村地区原则上不再新增幼儿园。办好乡镇公办中心园,依托乡镇公办中心园对村幼儿园(点)实行一体化管理。积极探索实施学前教育服务区制度,统筹运用服务区学位资源,满足适龄幼儿就近入园需要。幼儿园学位富余的地区,要切实合理地引导办园质量较差、幼儿人数较少的幼儿园合并、撤转。在满足学前教育普及的基础上,鼓励支持有条件的幼儿园招收2-3岁幼儿开展托育服务。

这段话信号很明确。

第一,人口不断流出、减少的农村地区,不再新增幼儿园。

第二,加快公办幼儿园普及,推动民专公,这是当下大多数城市正在做的事情。

第三,各城市各片区按照人口依据,人口流入片区,增加公办幼儿园,人口减少地区,幼儿园要合并、裁撤。也就是关停的意思。

表面上看,并不只是关停。哪里人多,哪里还得新建。

但是从湖南省的现状来看,还需要新建幼儿园的地区,少之又少。

以城市为单位来看,在强省会战略下,长沙疯狂虹吸整个湖南的人口。

去年湖南省常住人口减少了18万人,其中自然人口率为-2.31%,也即出生人口比死亡人口还少。这样的情况,去年内地31个省级行政单位中,20个皆如此。

而长沙却增长了18.23万人,增量位居全国城市第一位。

但是,整个湖南省,除了长沙增长,其余城市的常住人口全在减少。也就是说,如果以城市为单位来看人口,除了长沙,其余城市的幼儿园都得合并、关停。

02 幼儿园关停潮已经开始了

事实上,幼儿园关停潮,从去年就开始上演了,而且已经向小学冲击。

教育部公布的数据显示,2022年共有幼儿园28.92万所,比上年减少5610所,下降1.90%。学前教育在园幼儿4627.55万人,比上年减少177.66万人,下降3.70%。

幼儿园数量是过去多年来首次出现减少。更为关键的是,幼儿园人数去年减少了177.66万人。

对小学的冲击,也开始了。

教育部公布的数据显示:

2022年全国共有普通小学14.91万所,比上年减少5162所,下降3.35%。另有小学教学点7.69万个,比上年减少6690个。小学阶段招生1701.39万人,比上年减少81.19万人,下降4.55%;在校生1.07亿人,比上年减少47.88万人,下降0.44%;毕业生1740.61万人,比上年增加22.58万人,增长1.31%。

学校数量、在校生数量、招生数量三个关键指标,全线下滑。

当然,需要指出的是,由于过去几十年的城市化进程,大批农民进城,随带着他们的子女也进城就学,在这种背景下,很多农村学校被关停合并。

所以,小学减少,并不是最近才发生的事情,是过去二十多年一直在发生的事情。

但是,当下的小学数量收缩,与过去原因有根本性差别。

以前小学数量减少,是伴随着城市化进程而发生的。毕竟大量农民工进入城市,将子女安置在城市就学,农村的小学一大批被关停了,但伴随发生的是城市大量兴建各类学校。

小学数量虽然在减少,但小学生人数在人口红利之下一直在增长。而现在,不但小学数量在减少,小学在校生人数、招生人数也都在减少。

具体到各省市来看。

本号之前梳理过人口十强省的学校和学生变化数据。

从数据可以看到,广东、山东、河南、江苏、四川、河北、湖南、浙江、安徽、湖北的小学生招生人数都在减少,河南、四川、河北、湖南的小学生人口在减少。

幼儿园方面,披露数据的广东、山东招生人口在减少,在校生全都在减少。

幼儿园、小学人数减少的直接原因,是出生人数不断下滑。

我们的出生人口,2016年就见顶转向,之后一路快速下滑,去年,全国新生儿人口已经跌破了1000万,至956万,相较于2016年的高点,跌去了46.4%。

机构预测,今年的出生人数可能跌破800万。这意味着,幼儿园和小学的关停潮,才开始而已。

事实上,从今年各地的报道来看,的确如此。

今年3月份,河南武陟县一民办小学也被关闭。

8月份,浙江台州市临海市5所民办小学,或关闭或遭遇合并。

原因,同样是学生数量不断减少。

过去四年临海市的小学数量减少了12所,小学在校生人数减少了0.7万人。

03 学区房大变局来了

从出生人口变化的时间和趋势来看,目前的冲击会次第影响到初中、高中,乃至大学。

按照时间推算,中国的高考人数预计到2034年达到顶峰,此后随着2016年之后新生人口数量不断下滑而转向。

对大学的影响,也会在多年之后显现。最早进入人口通缩的日本,大学数量已经进入缩量阶段。

这种冲击已经带来的化学反应,那就是学区房价格正在疯狂挤泡沫。

比如上海不少顶流学区房的价格,已经跌幅至几年前。

再比如杭州,去年8月份钱江晚报就披露过:

学军小学本部学区房(降幅18.01%)、学军小学紫金港校区学区房(降幅17.67%)、天长小学本部学区房(降幅17.11%)、保俶塔实验学校本部学区房(降幅16.46%)、安吉路小学实验学校本部学区房(降幅15.2%)。 广州方面,老城区越秀的部分重点学区房,跌幅最大的超过30%。45个楼盘中33个在下跌,其中14个小区跌幅超过10%。

此外广州房价天花板天河区,统计的45个小区三分之二在下跌,18个小区跌幅超过10%。跌幅最大的超过了25%。

深圳方面,四大名校的学区房,均在跳水。深圳中学的学区房,最高跌幅达到了29.1%,最低跌幅则为4.4%。

深圳高级中学学区房,跌幅基本都在四分之一左右。

深圳实验学校的学区房,其中长城花园的价格较高点时期跌去了43.08%,不过目前的价格仍接近10万。

当然,这些城市顶流学区房价格不断缩水,有市场整体冷场因素,也有教师轮岗带来的震慑作用所致,但这些都是次要的。

最直接、最关键的因素,还是出生人口减少导致的学生数量减少。

当孩子数量不断减少,对学区的需求不断下滑,顶级学区房的支撑力量晃动,高价便难以坚守。

而且,这种影响会长期持续下去。

梦醒了,夫妇向开发商讨要2万块佣金被打,账号被封,工作辞退,泥沙俱下,命运的齿轮并不总是向主角剧本的高光行进,他们又要一无所有地回老家。

这是一个标准吃苦中国人的《活着》般的悲情剧,可以让网友们尽情投射,无限唏嘘。

可是,不知道中间发生了什么,亮亮丽君决定不回老家,反倒让我们无所适从。

不管怎样,他们确实经历着历史。

亮亮丽君夫妇俩的视频第一次出圈是在去年7月,那时打开热搜,满屏都是烂尾楼的消息,他们买的郑州融创的楼盘就是烂尾楼其中之一。

更触目惊心的是,亮亮丽君恰好撞在了利率最高点,面积98平,套内70多平,首付45万,贷款102万,月供六千多,22层,房子只盖到了十二层就没动静了,贷款还在缴。

那天丽君的工资降薪2000多,自己偷偷在公司哭过,下班回家本想给亮亮买块肉,但是一想到自己的工资,就换成了一块豆腐。

回来跟亮亮说的时候,亮亮觉得有点好笑,便拍了视频上传,生活恢复了平静,没想到几个月后这个视频在网上疯转,现在看,除了好笑,确实也很忧伤。

亮亮和丽君是大专同学, 河南交通职业技术学院,相识于图书馆,他俩都在那勤工俭学。

毕业后两人分别取不同学校读专升本,又因工作的缘故,异地五年。

相比丽君,亮亮的原生家庭要好一点。很小,亮亮的父母就到河南省以外的地方去打工了,所以一直以来,亮亮就是个留守儿童。一直到了高中,为了多给亮亮一些陪伴,亮亮的妈妈才回来租房陪亮亮陪读。亮亮一直记得,租来的房子小小的,只够得放得下一张桌子,一张床,当他和妈妈一起在房子里里,常常转身都困难。就连这样的房子,窗户是生锈的,门是风一吹就叮当响的,每到了夜晚,也总有说话声,狗叫声从窗户、门缝里冲进来,让人无法安睡。在城中村租房的日子,让亮亮养成了自己做主的习惯,大学除了学费和基本生活费,他从不向父母张口,买手机、买电脑、买车,任何事情他都不愿去麻烦别人。

两人婚礼上,听到一些闲话,无非就是嫌弃男方条件不行,没有房。

两人在一起过日子很节俭,亮亮拼了命地攒钱,外派工资高,他曾在修路的工地上住了三年,包吃包住,存了八万,买了一辆车,项目结束,把车贷还完了。

为了存钱,亮亮什么工作都做过,工地打工、大排档打杂、咖啡店服务员、超市保安、派传单、举广告牌……

有了车之后跑滴滴,刚开始不懂规则,夜里接了长途,送到一百多公里开外。晚上丽君等不到他不敢睡觉,遇到过一次亮亮夜里送外卖出车祸,怕黑的丽君连夜跑出去买药。

他们该有个房子,他们配得上有个自己的家,于是有了那条抖音视频“从此万家灯火,终有一盏为我而亮”。

他们没想过买二手房,因为郑州的税太高了,负担不起;也考察过不同的房产,发现融创在郑州排前十;当时两人不知道期房有什么风险,只觉得是经济条件里最好的选择。

房产证只写了丽君的名字,这是亮亮表达爱的方式,首付45万没向任何人借钱,主要是两人上班五六年攒的,还有婚礼的礼金,可以说这套房子是夫妇两人的全部。

第一个月9600多,本金一千多,剩下8千多利息。一共本金加利息加起来226万,未来30年夫妇俩都要为银行打工。

两人工资男方6000块,女方4000块,每个月还贷6293元,亮亮白天上班晚上跑滴滴,送外卖,以为日子咬咬牙能过。

他们每年都搬家一次,目的就一个——找更便宜的,他们住的越来越偏远,上班通勤100分钟,好在足足77平租金只要1500。

哪里知道以后的生活便是急转直下、每况愈下。

丽君公司工资调整,全员降薪,丽君每月只能拿到2000块,丽君觉得拖了老公后腿。

他们不幸在利率最高点6.27%买的房,几个月后房贷利率下调到5.3%,相当于每个月多还1000多利息,几乎可以覆盖房租,亮亮难受得整晚没睡。

丽君怀孕了,家里人劝她在家养胎,丽君还是决定上班,一直上到生产前半个月。

后来听说融创暴雷,吓得丽君赶紧去小区看看,看到工人还在干活,便远远地给他们打气,希望能正常交房。

还房贷的死亡15号,会看到亮亮左右腾挪,两张信用卡到花呗,转账给丽君,房贷划走能留200多余额,够丽君工作日三餐。

也有好消息,他们房贷利率降到了6.12%,相当于每月少还99元,起码洗衣粉、卫生纸节省了出来。

但是去年7月,融创还是停工了。

后面的事情大家都知道了,亮亮丽君房贷交到了年底,眼看着房子不可能按时交付了,决定停缴,办理房贷延期还款。

疫情反复,两人都没上几天班,工资少了不少,他们想降低房贷利率,但银行说要把欠的房贷近7万不上才能降。

于是亮亮丽君想找融创拿自己应得的2万块佣金,前前后后找了十几次,哪知道这一次走出售楼部就被人打了。

去医院检查,两人头部、胸部、腹部都有损伤。

短短一两年的时间,这对最平凡的、代表了中国大多数人的夫妇俩,经历了眼里有光、到眼中无光、到眼角有泪、以及脸上有伤。

“认知配得上苦难”?

亮亮丽君的出圈引发了广大网友的同情,当然也不乏一些充满恶意的评价和嘲讽。

什么“抹黑郑州”“网红带节奏”“人要用大局观”“买预售不就是图便宜吗”…

争议最大的评价是一个女性博主说的“他们的认知配得上苦难”。

其实非常理解博主说这话的原因,她觉察到了世道艰难,于是非常不理解亮亮丽君小两口一步又一步的选择:上高杠杆、买期房、贷款额巨大、工作不稳定,最难的时候居然还要生小孩…

其实如果要当事后诸葛亮,亮亮丽君夫妇不断做出的选择显然是不明智的,但这些都是后知后觉。

如果我们真的身处其中,是否又能做出不一样的选择,而做出了不一样的选择,是否又真的能规避风险呢?

为什么要买期房?

因为不是口头上说“不买期房”就做得到的。房地产市场畸形集中体现在预售制上,新房市场绝大部分都是预售,2019年的数据,期房与现房的比例超过了7:1。

为什么要加这么高杠杆?

这得归因于前些年的舆论风潮,到处都在鼓吹“快上车”,什么“掏空六个钱包也值得”“不啃老的人肠子都悔青了”,女性主义观念进步又让女性买房数量超过了男性,疫情期间都进化到了“直播售楼”的地步。

虽然知道房地产泡沫,但彼时人们坚定地相信我国房地产不一样,是“刚性泡沫”,国家是不会让它跌的,所有人的乐观高涨又真的让房市猛攀高峰,成为自我预言的实现。

现在有人会把小两口上高杠杆买期房视作“贪心不足蛇吞象”,但其实他们只是没想到,丽君重复解释说:“我们只想着大公司肯定会更靠谱,根本没想过这个房子会停工,根本没想过。”

为什么这么艰难的状况下还要生孩子呢?

这个选择尤其引发社会焦虑,我也能够理解小两口的处境,其实就是因为爱,丽君对亮亮的爱。

亮亮在房产证上二话没说只写了丽君的名字,他俩在硕大的城市里举目无亲,只剩下对方了,爱就是依靠,爱就是绑定在一起。

其实与其下恶毒的判断是他们是“认知配得上苦难”,我觉得应该是“人的认知是无法超越你的环境和时代的”,不只是他们,这也是我们所有人的局限。

认知配得上苦难这句话,暗含某种因果关系,似乎我有了更高的认知,就能够规避苦难。然而事实如此吗?

非也。

朋友圈有位女性高管,最近就遭受重创,她之前在短视频公司,业绩蒸蒸日上,在各种行业不景气的时代,短视频不可谓不是风口。

但仅仅因为项目调整,女高管惨遭被裁员,她怎么都想不通,情绪出了状况,不幸接连而至,怀孕流产,丈夫怀疑她精神出问题想送去治疗。加上本身生活成本、贷款也不低,无奈中产跌落就在一瞬间。

小红书有大量“中产返贫”真实故事的分享,过去那个年代经商就是风口上的猪,只要勇敢都能飞起来。

以为一切向好,殊不知富足容不下丝毫差错,行差踏错便轻易跌入深渊。

他们都是“认知配得上苦难”吗?还是说苦难随机掉落,没遇上是我们的幸运。

我会想起郑州那位烧炭自杀的饭店老板,他一次又一次靠着自己诚实劳动、努力经营,想从深渊之中爬起来,不可谓不“天道酬勤”。

可是开店三年来遇上了修路、疫情、水灾、塌方,他最后留下三封遗书,把手机仅剩的几百块钱转给女儿,封住门窗,在屋里生了炭火……

我还会想到《在公交车站直到黎明》,真实案件是一个日本女性大林三佐子在经济萧条的大环境下,失去了家庭、失去了工作、失去了最后的住所,她无家可归,睡在公交车站。

最后她被当成流浪者在一场无差别杀人案中惨死,讽刺的是杀害她的是一个蛰居族,他也没有工作,在家啃老,心情郁郁所以出门杀人……

这引发了日本舆论的海啸,无数人走上街头,举着标牌:“她就是我!”

他们到底做了什么配得上这般的苦难啊,他们没有做错任何事,依然遭遇了最深的不幸。

其实,我也理解为什么这么多人相信“认知配得上苦难”那句话,这其实反映了人们广泛的焦虑,我们实在太害怕阶级跌落了,而这样的事情不断在发生。

我们需要让自己相信,遭遇不幸的人是自己出了问题,我们没有问题,所以悲剧不会降临在我们头上。

这基于一种非常朴实的“公正世界假说”(假说认为人们活在一个公正的世界里,善恶皆有因果报应),而新闻让他们感到“认知失调”(世界公平公正的执念与不公平的事实之间的冲突)。

于是他们倾向于苛责受害者,这样想会让人们心理上好受一点。

但合理化他人身上的苦难,这种想法是危险的,就像罗翔说的,“过分相信天道酬勤,努力便配得这一切,容易走向骄傲,或者走向虚无”。

某种程度上说我们都是命运齿轮下的弱者,唯有互相支撑才有可能坚持下去,这时候就不要相互鄙视和攻击了。

中国人,被房子绑架的一生

之前提到,人的认知是很难跨越我们所处的周遭环境和大时代的。

而这个环境和大时代就是“中国房市狂飙突进二十年”。

有些我们觉得必须奉为真理、雷打不动的观念,其实形成时间特别短。

譬如“结婚必须买车买房”“刚需房是中国人刚性的无法忽视的真实需求”等,这些都是我们这一代才有的概念。

上一代要突破的是婚恋不自由的包办婚姻,他们结婚没想到考虑房子,当然也没这个条件。因为那时候的住房政策是“福利分房”,国家给事业单位分配土地,单位分配住房。

中国商品房元年在1998年,不过当时经济低迷,人们收入不高,买房的人并不多。

真正激活房地产市场是在千禧年后,一个外因是中国加入WTO,打开大门,成为了我国飞速发展、经济腾飞、晋升为“世界工厂”的契机。

一个内因是国家出台了地方政府出让土地的使用权的“土地招拍挂制度”,地是有限的,所以可以形成垄断,也就造成了房价上涨。土地由地方政府供应,也就最大化保障了地方政府的财政收入。

过去二十年的经济发展,中国速度是惊人的,房价涨幅也是惊人的。

那时候到处都是关于早买房早致富的都市传说,什么“李湘买了70套房成内娱第一富婆”“郑渊洁北京买下十套房只为放粉丝来信”“拆二代喜提千万,挖机一响黄金万两”“购房十年财富翻十倍“……

“要有房”其实不再只是单纯有个住处,而是阶级身份。

昆山杜克大学人类学学者王梦琪认为,“刚需房”其实展现了人们“从无到有”的过程,人们觉得自己属于“有”这个群体,配得“占有”,房子意味着成为城市新中产,还隐含了户籍学籍、医疗养老等附加值。

那楼市的投资狂热又是如何产生的呢?这要提到房地产畸形的预售制度,也就是最近频繁暴雷的期房。

预售制度是开发商向政府拿地,然后进行“拿地-融资-建设-回款”的循环,开发项目刚打地基就可以预售然后迅速资金回笼。

土地是有限的,于是有前景的城市、发展好的地段房价飙涨、还不愁卖,炒楼有了体制性基础,一线城市期房比例占到8成,不买期房就可能错失上车机会。

预售制度让房子金融化了,房子不再只是满足居住的物,而是用以投资的金融资产。

开发商只需要不断圈地、不断扩张,就能寅吃卯粮“永动”下去,各大房地产企业的特点就是高负债、高杠杆、高周转、高风险、高收益。

只不过不健全的期房制度让高风险转嫁给了买房者。只要资金链不断,房子卖得出去,开发商就有得赚。

这条路的核心在于速度,快速扩张,一线城市的地是有限的,很快开发商就去到地价更低的新一线、二三线城市,用同样的方式炒高房价,但在这样的虚高之下势必出现生产过剩。

可是短期时间里所有人都在买房的狂喜里,周围人不断复制买房上车完成阶级跃迁的神话,大家都相信房价是不会跌的。

越多人这么想,就有越多人买房,房子就会涨,每个人的认知决定了经济行为,每个人的经济行为又影响了楼市走向。

可当狂欢散去,几年后售楼部从车水马龙变成门可罗雀,近几年最大的房地产商恒大、碧桂园相继爆雷。

现在房子成为中国人最神经紧绷的命根儿,过去看不见的瑕疵也一一暴露了出来。

除了烂尾楼,公摊面积也引发了激烈的讨论,这种我国独有的计算方式甚至到了买69平米公寓到手37平的离谱地步。

老旧小区改造,加装电梯、建立养老临终关怀场所,都能引发业主一轮又一轮骂战。

且我们的住宅房设计使用年限只有50年,很多豆腐渣工程可能寿命更短,我们已经在面临手上有房但不太能住的处境。

随机波动曾在播客里提到中国人对“家天堂”有着浪漫化的想象,能不能像项飙所说,过一种“不占有”的人生。

但出现了长租公寓暴雷事件,租客被强行驱逐,人们的不安全感反而强化了占有的逻辑。

也许只有等到租住同权的那一天,勇于不占有的生活方式才可以拥有尊严。

我只知道今天的老百姓已经不再相信买房是一个稳健又高回报的投资,人们甚至开始苛责那些倾尽所有加杠杆的人不负责任,我们与房子的紧张关系如悬在头顶达摩克利斯之剑。

Астрономи, спостерігаючи за планетарною системою, яка знаходиться за 10 світлових років від Землі у сузір'ї Волосся Вероніки, зробили дивовижне відкриття: група із шести планет рухається навколо схожої на Сонце зорі у, здавалося б, ідеальному космічному танці.

За оцінками, цьому планетному утворенню мільярди років, і воно може допомогти розгадати деякі таємниці нашої Сонячної системи.

Нові планети можуть стати ключем до розуміння того, як формуються планети й чому так багато з них мають розмір між Землею та Нептуном. За словами Рафаеля Луке, астронома з Чиказького університету, який очолював міжнародну команду дослідників, про цей клас планет – “субнептуни” – відомо небагато, попри те, наскільки вони поширені в нашій галактиці Чумацький Шлях.

“Це відкриття стане еталонною системою для вивчення того, як субнептуни утворюються, еволюціонують, з чого вони складаються”, – сказав Луке.

Для своїх спостережень команда астрономів звернулася до пари супутників для виявлення екзопланет – TESS НАСА та Cheops Європейського космічного агентства.

У 2020 році TESS виявив провали в яскравості зорі, відомої як HD110067, які вказували на те, що перед її поверхнею проходять планети. Заінтриговані, дослідники проаналізували дані TESS і Cheops, щоб виявити, за їхніми словами, першу у своєму роді планетарну конфігурацію.

Хоча наша галактика рясніє багатопланетними системами, набагато рідше зустрічаються системи з планетами, що обертаються в ідеальному резонансі, тобто кожна планета обертається навколо головної зорі в точний, впорядкований спосіб. У цьому випадку чотири найближчі до зорі планети роблять по три оберти на кожні дві наступні планети, а дві найвіддаленіші планети роблять по чотири оберти на кожні три наступні планети.

Така синхронність може спостерігатися, коли планети тільки формуються, але астрономи припускають, що з часом орбіти, швидше за все, будуть вибиватися з ритму. Близьке проходження біля іншої зорі, утворення масивної планети та зіткнення між планетами – все це може порушити гравітаційний баланс системи.

Але команда астрономів вважає, що ці шість планет, які обертаються навколо зорі HD110067, дивовижним чином виконують той самий ритмічний танець відтоді, як система сформувалася мільярди років тому.

“Це показує нам первозданну конфігурацію планетної системи, яка збереглася недоторканою”, – зазначив Луке.

Інші планети в системі можуть бути ще не виявлені, тому астрономи закликають до додаткових спостережень.

Про склад планет та їхні атмосфери також мало що відомо, окрім того, що вони газоподібні та – через близькість до своєї зорі – надзвичайно гарячі.

Малоймовірно, що планети, розташовані за межами так званої зони життєпридатності, підтримують життя, але більше даних може пролити світло на те, чи є на них умови для існування рідкої води на поверхні.

Подальші дослідження також допоможуть астрономам розгадати більше таємниць про те, які дійства могли вибити планети нашої Сонячної системи зі схожої гармонії.

“Memory”

In the past three years I've come to this place quite often, usually with a book and my camera, and if I don't forget it, something to eat and my coffee. I sit almost at the same place, open the book, read some pages and then look up to the scenery: the Denon wing of the Louvre, the pyramid, and a bunch of people passing by, taking photos, skating, talking, laughing, drinking, and even family members getting mad because other members are walking slowly, or because they didn't take their photo as they had idealized it.

I then resume my reading until I need another pause or something gets my attention. I look up to a group -or a couple- recording a dance, a tourist guide speaking spanish through a speaker, a photographer suspiciously wondering around in search of a target, a some-country flag, a batch of bikers finding their way among the people, or a wedding couple preparing for a photo shoot. I look around for a couple of seconds and then I continue my reading.

Pages later I look up again to the same building and the same pyramid. I hear different languages and complains, and I see different faces, and different flags. Different photographers, and different guides with different tourists. Different skaters and bikers, and different brides with different grooms. Everyone is different from twenty minutes ago, but they fill all the empty slots the previous visitors left. I close my book and look around. I put it back in my bag and I wrap my camera's strap around my wrist. I get up and start walking away. I take few steps and without any suspense someone fills the slot I left behind.

Another day.

I come to the same spot, I open the book I brought and start the reading until it is the moment to look up to the scenery. It's been days -weeks and months- and the visitors haven't left any vacant slot. I wonder what the previous visitors could be doing now, and if among all the sea of people I see, if someone I've vaguely seen previously has clocked in at the same time I did today. I close my book and look around. I don't feel like reading so I sign up for a different position. I take my bag and walk around.

Someone smiles at me and I smile back. I keep walking. Someone asks me to take them a photo with their cellphone and so I do it. We exchange some words and then I keep walking. I try a different scenario, I go to Jardin des Tuileries but I might also go to Musée d'Orsay or l'Orangerie, so I stay away for a couple of hours.

Before the day is over I come back to fill the slot that by now someone else was occupying. I sit and before opening the book I brought I look around just to notice everyone is there: the tour guides, the bikers, the kids, the dancers and the annoyed visitors. I take a mental photograph and I proceed to open the book and read few more pages before my journey ends.

今天说一下香港女权。

因为最近新闻女王等TVB电视剧爆火,很多人好奇香港女性独立意识是不是天然较强。之前7月那条五名女子进男厕被经理请出的新闻,也有人夸赞香港对女性执法严格不和稀泥。

有许多人询问我,他们那边是不是有什么特殊的法律条文,我们能不能参考学习一下。

实际上并没有,香港女权的发展和衰弱非常典型的体现了经济基础决定上层建筑的规律。

香港作为我们的开放窗口,和日韩一样赶上了上世纪80年代的那一波经济高速发展期,孕育了繁荣的市场经济和大量的城市中产阶级,理所当然的,也出现了大量的城市白领女性。

在那个时代,各种金融公司外贸公司处于野蛮生长期,基本都是放开了招员工,白领女性数量在短时间内急速增长。1989年的时候,有部电影叫《打工狂想曲》,王祖贤演的,就是描述的企业女职员的故事,你会发现片中的妆容,造型,卷发大波浪,西装垫肩等,时髦值不亚于今日。而女职员在茶水间八卦,在窗明几净的写字楼格子间做女强人等元素,也几乎可以无缝衔接到今天。

这个时代的香港女权,也是往独立自强的都市新女性路子走,要升职加薪,要和落后的原生家庭切割,做新一代城市女性。和当年香港号召勤劳努力,爱拼才会赢的狮子山精神是一脉相承的。

那么,转折点发生在什么时候呢?依然是经济下行时期,或者说1997年亚洲经济危机前后。

所以很多时候人性是一致的,高速发展的时候大家能一起把蛋糕做大,那当然都会喊爱拼才会赢,

可发展一旦停下,蛋糕做的不够快时,自然就会有用各种口号来切蛋糕的了。

在这个过程中,越快被卷出局的,口号喊的越响,这就是为什么不论日韩还是欧美,一旦经济放缓女权立马抬头。

香港本身是高消费高房价的消费主义大都市,经济放缓又使得相当一部分女性难以靠自己能力维系消费。特殊的时代环境又导致她们不能像今天北上广白领一样可以退回二三线老家,全都是想拼尽一切留在大都市不走的。

于是在很短时间内,香港女权高度内卷化拜金化。

有一部电影其实非常直观的体现了这一点,就是黎明和刘嘉玲的那部《恋爱新世纪》

那个经典对话表情包“我不想一辈子都是一个中环小职员,一星期见两次面,谈两年恋爱结婚生子供房子”就出自这里。恋爱新世纪的上映时间,正是1998年。

这一时期很多香港女性被称为“港女”,甚至有了所谓“港女十八式”的说法。

哪十八式呢?

呃饭食(就是骗人请吃饭),扮上菜(靠化妆假装美女),你找数(要人来付钱),我买袋(我为名牌袋买单),

狂收兵(广撒网海王),要车载(出行要男方开车接送)等。

了解日本四个钱包的应该都看出来了,这和日本四个钱包几乎是一模一样,很多时候太阳下是没有新鲜事的。

10年前是朝气蓬勃的打工女强人,10年后不想一辈子做中环小职员,

经济上行都喊爱拼才会赢,下行了就会有人想着找ATM找买单的。

但是,香港女权遇到了一个日韩女权欧美女权都没遇到的情况。

这个情况非常特殊,直接导致香港女权在极短时间内全军覆没,乃至到今天几乎没有人听过香港女权这回事。

这个特殊情况就是香港男性北上外娶。

文汇报做过采访,根据香港国际社会服务社内地服务发展总监,1998年就到广州做穗港婚姻红娘的梁秋莎所述,

“上世纪80年代,内地人一个月的工资才几十元人民币,而港元兑人民币的汇率是100∶130。男方在香港是典型的草根阶层,到内地相亲时却能穿西装打领带,在女家看来几乎就是富豪。

即便男方在香港做最底层的泥水工,一个月8000港元的收入在当时内地的眼中也是“天文数字”。

香港女性超高的择偶要求,和内地悬殊的收入差距,最终结果就是一大波香港男性直接选择北上外娶。

你的要求再高我也无所谓,反正我不玩了,直接掀桌走人。

2000年前后,伴随着香港和内地交流大量增多,港男外娶数量开始急剧增加,到2006年,外娶比例甚至达到了50%以上。也就是香港男性外娶的数量,比在港择偶的还要多。

这个比例意味着什么呢?有一个直接参照物,韩国女权够激进够厉害吧,

但之前韩国男性外娶比例达到15%的时候,韩国女权急到直接去拉横幅反对。

15%的外娶比例,就能把曾经高喊婚姻是压迫的一群人逼到拉下面子抛掉口号去拉横幅,

你可以想象一下50%外娶比例的冲击力是多大

在大量外娶的冲击下,香港女权在极短时间内就被彻底击垮。

你说婚姻是压迫,我直接赞成,反正我不和你结婚。

你说结婚要有房子有彩礼,我也直接赞成,反正又不是我买单。

香港女权所有诉求,全都失去了讨论空间,注意,不是输和赢的问题,而是根本没人讨论。

为什么?没有买单者,就不会有讨价还价的行为。

你的所有诉求,从婚房彩礼到职场优待都是建立在对方还想和你谈的基础上,可当对方打定主意找别家的时候,,你的任何诉求都是没讨论必要的,讨论一秒钟都是浪费时间。

大量外娶的冲击直接导致了原本拜金趋势的香港女权完全走不下去,那往哪个方向走了呢?

2017年有一部电视剧,叫《不懂撒娇的女人》,你们可以去看一下,和今年的新闻女王几乎一模一样,都是描述职场女强人的。

在这部片子中,有一个片段是这样的

代言人活动,第一关挑战是展现女方厨艺的,

四川和台湾的妹子立马去选菜下锅,而香港的女孩则不知所措

后面一关是表演求婚,身为职场女强人的女主不同意,求婚不该是男方向女方求婚吗?

结果台湾和四川妹子争先恐后地回答:我愿意!

犹豫再三的香港妹子为了拿到代言资格,最终豁出去了向男主求婚,表示我愿意跟你一起付房贷,我们结婚吧。

结果四川妹子一下子撞开香港妹子,着急地说:“别听她的,我马上给你生一个胖胖的宝宝”。

女主的不满已经溢出屏幕了

最终女主投给了香港妹子,理由是“自强独立”

看懂这个片段,你差不多也就能看懂香港当前女强人电视剧的内在逻辑了

香港女性不会撒娇不会做菜不会温柔,那都是因为她们都是独立自主绝不依附男人毫不做作的新时代女性

和你们这些只会用撒娇和厨艺来取悦男人,没有自我的大陆恋爱脑女性完全不一样!

你说后者好那你就是不懂欣赏只看外貌的低级审美!

你会发现本质上还是赞美香港女性,只是方向换了。不再是去为港女十八式辩解了,而是去强调己方女强人,独立自主能赚钱特性了。因为面对大量低要求外娶女性的冲击下,你只能强调这个去差异化竞争。

毕业后,结束5年异地恋的俩人一起在郑州打工,干得也是最普通的工作,租便宜的房子,计划着结婚买房。工作三年后丽君每月的底薪也只有3000,亮亮下班以后要去送外卖跑滴滴,攒结婚和付首付的钱。尽管有时候夜里骑摩托摔得血肉模糊,或是接到跑临市来回几百公里的单,不管亮亮回家多晚,丽君都在家等着他,小两口相濡以沫。
