The LISA talk was also good as it gave a lot of background information as to the science behind this. Exciting times to come, even though it may be a decade before the mission is launched in to space.

So far I have watched:-

A Tapestry of Gravity: LISA and the Future of Gravitational Wave Astronomy
Webb Space Telescope: The First Year of Science

Links

STSCI
JWST
LIGO
LISA

Tags

#STSCI,#JWST,#LIGO,#LISA,#Space,#Astronomy,#Research,#Science,#Physics,#Astrophysics

hr

table
thead
trtda rel="me" href="https://qoto.org/@zleap"Mastodon/a/td
tda href="https://wiki.ircnow.org/?n=Shelllabs.Intro"ShellLabs/td
tda href="https://joinmastodon.org/"Join Mastodon/a/td/tr/thead/table
center
AI statement : b Consent is NOT granted to use the content of this blog for the purposes of AI training or similar activity.
