Lawyers behind Rohingya Facebook lawsuit call it a reckoning for regulating social media

I am posting this to raise awareness of this lawsuit [1]. It is interesting to see if the section 230 argument will hold up and Facebook / meta / what ever they will themselves will be held responsible.

There is another article at [2] posted from Christmas day about yet another atrocity. The BBC don't even seem to be headlining this.

This sort of ruling will also have implications for ALL social media, this includes the Fediverse.
