Possible peertube bug

I am using the Diode.zone instance of the Peertube video sharing service. I have posted a video and the text that accompanies the video below.

This bug, illustrated here, seems to be triggered when I press enter (even accidentally) after entering some text in the title box.

So making this so that:-

I can report the bug
I can show others, to see if others can reproduce
Hopefully help the developers identify the bug exists, so they can fix.

This is using the latest Firefox-esr on Debian 11. ( 102.14.0esr (64-bit) )
