OP Program in the Third Month:
A transition preparation phase comprises nine (9) hours of weekly outpatient treatment including one (1) hour/s of individual treatment for substance abuse/behavioral health and eight (8) hours of group treatment. A client's exit plan and aftercare recommendations are structured and established during this month in preparation for transition from the program. Our Outpatient Level of Care is a transition/preparatory stage that prepares clients for exiting the program, and provides exit plans and aftercare recommendations. The MVRC provides outpatient services to individuals who might not have family support, employment, or housing, but are not suitable for more intensive treatment.
