Harbor: a verification platform inspired by Linktree and Keybase?

Today video from FUTO about Harbor and has a website that doesn't have much to see right now.

This seems to want the UX of Linktree with the legitimacy checks of Keyoxide and a spiritual successor to Keybase.

Linktree is used in a sociological way that could be at worst like a trashy IRL bulletin board, Keyoxide is way too hard for me to figure out (more than even installing Gentoo from source, to be honest), and Keybase is basically dead when (as many expressed similar opinions when Zoom acquired Keybase in 2020).
